Pros:

  • Loved working with Dwight and Laura. They had wonderful insights and always willing to spend time on new ideas.

  • Creativity in designing my website and coming up with ideas and content that I would not have come up with.

  • These people are professionals. Every aspect of the project was handled with great expertise and precision. They are fabulous communicators which helped make the experience easy from my end.

  • Great personal communication. They cared about my business and wanted to understand it before doing my website design and branding. They submitted several proposed designs and brands and we chose the one we thought worked best. My colleagues in my field tell me often I have the best website design they’ve seen and I’ve referred three others to them since.

Cons:

  • There is really nothing I can put here. I had no difficulties with Go Creative Arts.

  • There really was nothing that I can say that was a negative experience or area for improvement.

  • Only that I was not able to meet them in person to discuss the project.

  • No complaints at all. I had very fast response time and the mission was overwhelmingly successful

Overall Experience: I own a small business and researched hiring someone to do my website and branding. I chose Go Creative Arts after speaking to many companies—large and small—who either wanted to charge too much or who just didn't get it from a business perspective. Go Creative Arts were reasonably priced and did a fantastic job, and love working with small businesses. The bottom line is they have significantly helped my bottom line—which is what marketing is all about.
