Pros:

  • We hired SunCity Advising to redo our website because it was in pretty bad shape. It had some good content but wasn't ranking for keywords and didn't drive much traffic. Obviously that made it difficult to sell from the website. So, we signed a 3-month contract with them and the completed the full marketing funnel so that we now have leads being generated daily and they help us nurture those leads for sales. We just signed a contract extension for 6 more months.

  • This company is definitely the top digital marketing agency in San Diego. I think they should be at the top of this list! I work with Ivan mostly and he does all of the technical stuff that I don't really know about but he still takes the time to explain exactly what he does and then shows me a report to prove it is working.

  • The team at Sun City has done a great job of making us feel like a professional company. We have been operating through word of mouth almost exclusively prior to working with them. We now have them working on 2 separate websites and do basically all of our marketing because we have seen results on literally everything they touch.

  • SunCity Advising has done an amazing job. They consistently update our website, keywords, and SEO to keep my business being found online. We are being discovered more often and increased our customer base.

Cons:

  • The team was great and I cannot say we had any issues when working with SunCity.

  • Nothing yet! So far my experience with Sun City has been flawless and I cannot think of anything that needs improvement.

  • I wish they offered more services, I would use them for everything.

  • I wish I could bring all of their work in-house and have them all to myself, but their set up is very reasonably priced considering how much they do for my business.

Pros:
As a small business owner, I came to SunCity Advising with a basic website knowing nothing about SEO, social media, building a website or blogging. SunCity was able to work with me, one project at a time as I rebuilt my website, optimized it and funneled my leads with my website and social media working together. The reports and analytics help me track exactly how my website is improving, and Ivan and his team guide me with exactly what to do keep building momentum!

I think it is time for them to update their website so that they can showcase exactly what they do and how an optimized website should work!

Overall Experience: I reached out to Suncity Advising in 2023 to help get my business up and running. I of course needed a e-commerce website built to help me sell my products. They did an amazing job and I'm super happy with it. I reached back out for help getting a catalog created, SEO and some other marketing. I 100% recommend them. Thanks Ivan and your team.

Pros:
Daniel and Ivan have been wonderful to work with from day one. The team is very professional, knowledgeable and always have their clients' best interests at the forefront.
Cons:
Nothing. Everything has has been great and there is not any aspect that has been a problematic. The only part that we have liked least was the challenge of improving our web site from its current state when we began working with SunCity. Daniel, Ivan and team immediately offered expert consulting and worked very hard to make the improvements, all of which were timely and nearly seamless.

Overall Experience: Ivan has been hands-on, patient, an incredible teacher/advisor, and has made significant improvements with my segment's PPC performance as well as for our entire company's PPC and SEO performance. I couldn't imagine a better vendor/partner for our digital efforts. We see results week over week, but Ivan take it further by explaining his process and edits/tweaks to what we have in market, and adjust any strategic plans we have for the future.

Ivan and his team are very knowledgeable about the subject matter, and they are able to explain information well in plain language. Also, Ivan and his team have always been forthright and honest in their assessment of our website and in their recommendations for areas of improvement. It means a lot to me that I can trust in their recommendations and know that they are diligently representing our best interests.

Overall Experience: SunCity did an amazing job analyzing and revealing the overall health of my company quickly. They were able to prioritize our biggest needs and communicate the plan of action with ease. SunCity helped our Medical Consulting practice to build its initial online precense and devise a strategy that has lead to building a pipeline of work that otherwise would have been non-exisitant. We have more than recouped the fees paid to SunCity.

Setting meeting at first was difficult but that was more due to our schedule and conflicts that the avialbilty of SunCity. As they grow in staff and assitants which I'm positive they will this will should become a non issue
