We are a local expanding restaurant brand & we are SO happy with our partnership with CMW. We interviewed at least 5 other agencies before we met and decided to work with CMW, they won us over with their excellent communication, realistic expectations, fair pricing. Not to mention the creativity! They took the time to understand our needs and listen to OUR vision for our brand. They took OUR ideas and enhanced them through their years of experience and in-depth understanding of brand development. It was very important to us to find an agency who did not try to change our existing concept, rather than refine it. They helped us apply our brand strategy across various mediums (menus, uniforms, in-store brand identity, packaging, etc.) They have lovely offices with an in-house staff, which was also important to us. We have a designated project manager which makes communication efficient and so easy. They always meet deadlines and go the extra mile to make sure whatever they delivered is exactly what we had asked for. I highly recommend CMW !August 13, 2019

Pros:

  • CMW has created & developed multiple websites for our company & we contribute a lot of our success to their work! Their marketing skills are truly the best we have ever experienced. CMW always has our best interest in everything that they do!

  • Creative mindworks is a full service agency that can handle all aspects of advertising, public relations and web marketing. The are creative, professional, and provide met all of our datelines.

Cons:

  • I wish we could've had consistent weekly meetings, but our schedule is so busy over here, it made it hard to meet. Our communication via email & phone calls were always accessible, which made it very easy for us to complete tasks!

  • Don’t have any complaints. As a medium size agency the account manager quarter backs our relationship. We have a great account manager.
