  • Prompt communication and great client service

  • Their quick response and punctuality is basic in their daily routine

  • Affordable Pricing, fastest response time, On time processing.

  • Quick response to emails. When I have concerns and send them an email and ask for clarification, they are good at explaining and answering my questions.

Cons:

  • There's nothing I can think of as a con.

  • Honestly, I have nothing to add here as they are meeting my needs and they are very good at it.

  • They are upgrading software to leverage the competition. That's the most important thing.

  • Yes. I would like VPM to pick up the phone and call me back when I have an issue or concern. This is still something that I would like to see changed on their end.

Overall Experience: Impact Life Home Care has been with V-TAC Payroll Management since the beginning of its operations and the service has been praise-worthy. Overall Experience: My overall experience with VPM is about a 3.5 to 4 star. I've had some issues in the past where VPM had not fully followed instructions regarding payroll. The positive side is that once they were notified of the payroll issues, they helped to resolve it. VPM does reply to emails very quickly and most often, quite efficiently.
