Pros:

  • Professionalism in the shoot and timeliness of production

  • Tony and Austin and the team are real professionals. They care about how you are spending your money and what kind of return you will hopefully get with your marketing assets. They are reasonably priced for the services you provide and we have a great working relationship with them.

  • They have an uncanny understanding of each client's story and mission and always knew exactly what we wanted. They understand marketing and the medium that they work in and always go above and beyond.

Cons:

  • We didn't really have any negative experience with the BTS TV team.

  • You do have to be super clear with your intent and direction like with anybody. They are professionals but they are not mind readers.

  • This team is always busy which is not a bad problem to have.

Overall Experience: BTS is really a good collaborator and will offer suggestions and make sure you get what you like. The more details you can provide, the more things are flushed out, the better the process and the results will be. BTS works with your vision instead of imposing their vision on you, so you need to make sure you communicate everything well in advance so everything is done to your expectations. These guys are professionals and will work hard to get the results you are looking for.

They photographed the event from start to finish, taking photos of the guests mingling and shopping, product shots, set up and all the other event features.
