Pros:

  • Sid and his team worked well with us, and developed our site under a time crunch. They were very responsive and worked around the clock for us. Sid is extremely professional, and always answered our questions and made our changes without delay. We will definitely use them in the future as our needs grow and change. I highly recommend them.

  • Lisa and Sid are very professional and respond to questions and concerns very quickly. Their knowledge of website development and SEO makes me know I am in great hands with experts who get results and stay current with the latest changes in this industry.

  • There truly was nothing we could complain about. We never had an issue with changes or communicating our needs, nor their response to our updates.

  • The only thing was there was a period from the start of the job that went quite and then received an email when we were ready to test but that's normal.

Pros:
In 2011 I moved from the Houston area to Las Vegas, and have known about 71Three for a really long time. After moving out to Las Vegas, I was able to achieve one of my life goals (to run for public office). Since I knew of the quality work that 71Three does, I reached out to them to help me achieve this important dream. 71Three is completely obsessed about the quality of their work; however, people unfamiliar with website design and development may not understand or appreciate this. When you run for political office, you know that public perception is extremely important - every word you choose is critical; however, in politics every word can also be misinterpreted. I had written up nice paragraphs about our stance on social issues; however, the team at 71Three suggested that I go with simple "infographics" that explain the same concept without using tons of words. The result was simplicity and no misunderstandings, and furthermore by using infographics a voter could understand our stance on all of our issues in less than 60 seconds. In business we are trained to buy commodities for the lowest price/unit; however, you have to remember that your digital presence can make a huge difference in how the public assesses your business. When the perception is high, the business goes to you and not your competitor - so it's important to stay away from those foreign cookie cutter web developers that crank out indistinguishable websites.
Cons:
I was completely surprised as to how many hours are required to create a great website, but it goes in rounds until you achieve the desired look. I needed a really fast turnaround time to get the website up and running, and 71Three informed me that they have a large team and that they could handle the work with really fast turnaround times. They explained to me that they typically have over 10 different team members that work on one client's project that are highly specialized in various areas; however, I was assigned only one point of contact who served as my project coordinator (this really made life easy since the same person was aligned with me on a 1-on-1 basis)! The work happened so fast, that 95%+ of the time I was the bottleneck slowing down the website development :-)

Pros:
I have worked with a lot of designers and developers but haven't come across anyone that genuinely wanted what's in the best interest of my company. They laid out several directions we could take, and encouraged me to take a route that would be more economical (even though it meant less money for them). I took their advice and used the extra money on marketing which paid off wonderfully. So if I was to pick one thing that I liked best I would say their honesty.
Cons:
There haven't been any problems between us. I recommend 71Three to everyone in my circle. Anyone who knows my story knows that I give them credit for my growth before anyone else.

Overall Experience: I went to 71Three with a concept that I thought was the first of its kind with a big budget for the design and development. They showed me the flaws in my approach and asked questions which never even occurred to me, ultimately leading to a superior product. They advised to leave out the "bells and whistles" and build a MVP instead to test the market so I took their advice and did just that. After receiving a good response from our customers, I decided to add more features. They also did an excellent job at providing useful metric data that helped in making better marketing decisions. Overall a solid team from start to finish, I would absolutely vouch for them.

Overall Experience: I cannot be any more satisfied regarding my experience with 71Three and would highly recommend their services!!!! I had Sid and his team redo my guided meditation website, which I originally built myself but was running into a lot of problems due to my lack of knowledge. I knew I needed a professional to make this happen. Needless to say, trust was a big factor in passing along this project. I talked to several people at first, but it wasn’t until I spoke with 71Three, did I actually begin to feel comfortable, secure and excited about the project. Sid took much time and consideration to communicate and explain to me how the whole process would work and what it would take, step by step (I actually learned a lot from him in the process!) Any time I had a question or concern, Sid was readily available and responded with lightning speed. As far as the finished project, I am extremely pleased!!! The look, feel, functionality is perfect! During the process, 71Three provided me with a variety of options to choose from and all were well within my vision of how I wanted it to look and feel. Whatever you want... they get it... and will make it happen. I would definitely look NO FURTHER than 71Three for your project.
