We contacted Cloudsquare because we were concerned that we might be leaving opportunities on the table. We knew that we weren’t managing our email marketing, renewals and our portfolio in general as effectively as we could be. Jeff, Dennis and John listened to our needs and came up with a perfect solution for us. They were instrumental in our Salesforce implementation and their custom solution has enabled us to manage our pipeline more efficiently. Pros:

  • They take my vision and build it out in Salesforce
  • Attentive and personal. I felt they really understood my problem. The truly understand the CRM we use. I feel better than the CRM developers themselves.
  • They were efficient and professional, communicated well and got the implementations done quickly.
  • Great group of people to work with. No hassles and always available when customer support is necessary.

Cons:

  • There were a few issues that took a little longer to address. However, I feel they did a great job of managing my expectations.
  • I've enjoyed working with John and Jeff. I don't have anything negative to say here
  • Tough to say because I don't have much to compare to. But maybe more creative, out-of-the box ideas/solutions.
  • I can't really saying anything negative. They really spent time understanding our needs and visited our office a few times to ensure we are on the same page.

Great experience working with Jeff, Dennis and John!
Cons:
No complaints here! But since this field is mandatory and I have to put something down, the only thing I can think of is that since I am not that tech savvy, when I first saw the reports dashboards I wasn’t sure how to use them. Cloudsquare walked me through everything and took time to explain it all until I fully understood. They helped me figure out how to read the reports and how to properly use the dashboard.

Overall Experience: We had a very complicated model, with many moving parts. Cloudsquare spent significant time talking through each process and making sure that everyone was on the same page from an expectation standpoint. First, they designed the solution and then immediately jumped right into development and sent out weekly updates on status as well as hours/costs incurred. Prior to go-live, their team performed onsite training to ensure we knew how to navigate Salesforce and provided some shortcuts and efficiencies that benefited our team tremendously. We have nothing but positive things to say about the Cloudsquare team. They went above and beyond - truly top notch! I highly recommend them.
