Overall Experience: I've worked with Captiva Marketing since the early 2000s across a few different companies and on a wide spectrum of projects and needs. In short, they are highly professional, have great customer service orientation, fair and transparent pricing, and the quality of work has always been excellent. I appreciate that working with them is a partnership and not a transaction. They do not push or upsell, but they do a great job of partnering, managing the project need and making sure you have the support required. They assemble their team of experts depending on the project or client they're working with, so I've had a chance to work with a variety of different teams there.
