Pros:

  • Natalie and the entire Porchlight team have been a pleasure to work with. They make otherwise stressful projects run smoothly and I believe that is largely due to their friendly and kind demeanors.

  • The team at Porchlight do a fantastic job of looking at your holistic marketing strategy to find where they can help to elevate your brand to the next level.

  • The Porchlight team is very creative and always delivers great concepts!

  • I love how forward-thinking Porchlight is. They take the leg-work out of everything by bringing really great looking campaigns and well-thought-out ideas and recommendations to the table.

Cons:

  • It may be helpful to have a specific software/system in place for material sharing and organization. I do occasionally get lost in email chains or in our internal Box folders. We have used Trello in the past.

  • I'm afraid I can't answer this question since I don't have anything that I'd like to change with them currently.

  • I know the creative process takes time, but sometimes I wish it were quicker.

  • I believe that Porchlight has satisfied all that we have asked of them and more.

Overall Experience: Porchlight cares about your company as a whole rather than simply looking at individual projects. They have helped us really pull our branding throughout our many different marketing channels to create a cohesive and professional look and feel to everything that we present to the public. The team is also great with turnaround times on projects, and the communication between our companies is always open and honest.
