I came to Spring Insight with the desire to design a new logo and website. They talked through what services they could offer and delivered a proposal that met my requests. From there the project manager assigned to my project helped guide the process , remind me of decisions and deliverables due through to completion. When I got stuck they offered assistance. When I was taking too long they provided gentle nudges. From beginning to end it was a fun, friendly, professional experience. September 4, 2018

Pros:

  • When I was trying to launch my business online with social media and a blog, I turned to Spring Insight to help me. They took it over with a vengeance and for the first time ever I started to get compliments on my posts. It felt good to be visible and I have Spring Insight to thank for that.

  • The collaborative effort. Erika and her team really helped me think through the decisions I needed to make regarding the rebranding and new website for my company. They gave thoughtful and trustworthy feedback.

  • The Spring Insight team were very patient and able to help me make some good decisions. Very Knowledgeable.

  • Personal yet professional. Efficient and cost effective. Responsive.

Cons:

  • Sometimes I was not as clear about my priorities as Spring Insight would have liked. I would be focused on one thing and they'd be focused on something else. All it took was a reset meeting to make sure we all got back on track.

  • The project management software. I'm not technical so figuring out how to respond, where to respond etc was confusing sometimes. I chalk that up to user error though.

  • they moved a little fast for my level of experience.

  • Not much! We ended up adding a bunch of things to the project that took a bit longer, but that was on us not them! They were flexible and rolled with the add-ons.

Pros:
As a firm, Spring Insight is very strategic. They work with you to really understand what you're trying to accomplish and how to develop that over web. They were a pleasure to work with and we were delighted with the end product.
Cons:

Overall Experience: We turned to Erika and the Spring Insight team to assist us with a complete overhaul of our existing, out of date website. Every step of the way, the team was professional, efficient, amazing to work with and up to date on the latest technology and trends. They delivered us a beautiful new site on time, that effectively evokes our brand and is simple to maintain and keep current. We can't thank them enough!
