Pros:

  • He is very detailed and knows how to reach the audience.

  • Very easy to work with and was able to explain the process to us in layman's terms. Which was very important.

  • Very easy to work with, very attentive to detail and the customer's desire. Quality care and personable service.

Cons:

  • This is still out for a verdict, so I can not answer this from experience. I am not a sales internet marketer. We are in our early stages with Tommy House Studios.

  • We were totally satisfied with the service and follow up.

  • Nothing. Tommy House out did himself over my previous web designer who was over-priced and deeply under-performed.

Overall Experience: Tommy is the best. Me being computer illiterate and social media being one of the most important tools to a small business. I was watching my business struggle due to the lack of getting it out there to bring in more traffic and make new customers. Well I talked to Tommy and he is the most creative person in no time he had my business out there and his desire to really make a difference is what made the difference in my failure or my success.
