Their creative work is outstanding and everything they do is well coordinated with the client and done at a very high quality level. From a relationship perspective with leadership from David Neff and Adam Englehart, they learned our business very quickly and are easy to do business with. Overall Experience: We have had great success working with the team at Neff! They do a great job of staying on top of things and keeping us on schedule. We have regularly scheduled meetings to review what we have completed and to plan what we will do moving forward. The creative team works with us to come up with the right message that will help achieve our desired results. The P R team has worked their magic to spread the word on our Heat for the Holidays program. which lead to some excellent television coverage of this event as well. The Social Media team is on top of things and communicates with us regularly to make sure our message is fresh and relevant. Neff has done an excellent job handling our media buy. They do the research and work with us to select the programs that best fit our needs and budget. The Neff video production team does excellent work and they do a great job of capturing everything required to deliver a high quality television commercial or video for use on our website.
