From the first meeting to the completion of my website the staff at IntoClicks were professional, yet very pleasant and friendly. They were very competent, yet extremely patient and helpful. As a barely-literate computer user I had a very steep learning curve. That presented no obstacle to them. If they were surprised at my ignorance they never let on but patiently walked me through areas that many web designers would have expected a client to know. The end result is a beautiful website. I had no idea what I wanted or needed when we started. This is a company that can work with anyone, whether highly knowledgeable and tech. savvy or at the bottom of the learning curve, like me. I chose them after talking to several other companies and I am very glad that I did.February 24, 2021

Pros:

  • They are always available, genuinely concerned about solving your problem and very easy to understand

  • The thing I loved the most about this company was that they were always easy to get a hold of and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. But the best thing was how much my profits increased. I was able to to sell more products and help more people.

  • Service and prompt replies. The invoice system is easy as well.

  • I love that EWT is local and community oriented. Their customer service has been excellent in that they have been available to assist with technical difficulties, questions and on site service at times that have been convenient.

Cons:

  • There was not much I can complain about however, I would have liked to get some sort of incentive for recommending friends and family because I'm telling every business owner I know about them

  • There out of state location. Soo. To be changed though

  • I honestly can’t think of anything that I don’t like about their services.

  • I do not have any complaints or concerns at this time.

Pros:
The articulate detail that went into my project and expertise and ingenuity that was used to provide me with the service that was by no means subpar and allowed me to go next level.
Cons:
I have nothing to say regarding any unfavorable opinion. If I had to chose it would fall in line with not them being my first choice. I had used a few other outfits and they did not even come close to helping me with my needs. They lacked vision and Earth Web Technologies restored mine.

They help me with everything, including making custom computers for me as I need them, backing up my inputs, and responding kindly to "stupid" questions.
