Pros:

  • Responsiveness, ideas and enthusiasm. General excitement and creative suggestions that made me feel like they were passionate about helping us.

  • Their approach of taking a step back and analyzing our business before even considering a new website design pleased us right away. If they didn't truly know us, how could they possibly create the ideal website design for us? They were also incredibly perceptive and truthful. We had the impression that they genuinely wanted to assist us at every turn! We had a constant sense of security and competence. They went above and beyond what we expected!

  • The quality that I got for the price is pretty substantial. The other businesses I spoke with either had prices that would have compromised the quality of the footage. Despite the fact that I knew I wasn't their most important client, I had the impression that they truly cared for me. It was evident to me that they had done this frequently. They were accommodating when it came to modifying my schedule. They were constantly upbeat, entertaining, and extremely talented, so there was never a discouraging atmosphere. They carried the equipment needed to carry out the actual shot. The lighting was excellent, and the frame and cinematography were appealing. On set, they were also courteous to my customers.

  • They were concerned about devising a novel solution that fit our circumstances. Because of their tiny staff size, we had the impression that they truly understood our predicament.

Cons:

  • Nothing really. The pricing May not be the cheapest but it's certainly not the highest either. Overall the value of what we're getting is impressive.

  • There is nothing we could have done better, in our opinion!

  • So far, we've only had positive encounters with them.

I feel like I'm more than just another account with CCM, and I mean it. The crew genuinely cares about optimizing our budget and working for my organization. They genuinely care about our expansion, even if it's obviously good business for them if they can increase our advertising expenditure profitably. Our account manager even visited a gaming shop to do market research when we introduced our new product line—it was all her idea. And their ability to handle our ad accounts is evidence of this kind of commitment.

Overall Experience: Our project manager provides excellent client support. They are excellent at answering my queries and are available at all times of the day. When reviewing project specifications and outlining affordable solutions, their development staff is also patient. Their designers were receptive to our ideas and assisted us in rearranging the website to make the most sense. Never once did they refuse my requests. We convey project details using G Suite and CCM in addition to phone calls and emails.

Overall Experience: After the launch of the redesigned website, we noticed an increase in traffic, we also got more page views of the products. The overall feedback from our community about the new design was positive. The workflow and communication with the team were very smooth and fast. We received emails every day with the description of results, had calls every morning to confirm each stage and discuss possible tricky moments. Also, we could check the process whenever we'd like in Figma.

I found it most impressive how much value they could deliver given our budget! They really dollar-for-dollar delivered so much that it kind of blew us away. And just how fun and trustworthy they are to work with, that was really important too.

They could improve a couple bits of design skills with how they made a few of our graphics down at the bottom of the page. Two or three looked like a boilerplate design. Really no big deal given how awesome the work was overall and our small budget.
