  • Carbon Films has a great crew, brilliant production quality, and an incredible knack for story-telling. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch video company.

Cons:

  • I don't have any real complaints. If anything, they can be relatively slow to respond when they're (understandably) busy.

  • Communication and a sense of urgency can lack sometimes.

Overall Experience: I was in a tight spot after another production company bailed out on me two days before I needed my Motown concert to be filmed. I called Carbon Film and told them what had happened, and they found a way to accommodate exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. They captured some amazing footage and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, prices and fast communication.
