Our Medical Group was affected by the CampFire that destroyed a majority of our small community of Paradise California November of 2018. Pros:

  • They are very responsive and easy to work with.

  • I love the fact that Abra Marketing gives HIGH quality personalized attention to me and my business. They took the time to understand what our vision and needs were then consistently and professionally work to improve my business. As a business owner one of the best decisions I have ever made was taking on Abra Marketing.

  • The staff has always been quick to respond and very professional.

Cons:

  • Consider proof reading the changes to website before they are updated.

  • I wish I had more to say on this but I really have no complaints. I suppose the worst thing I can think of is that from time to time they pester me to continue making regular blog posts which I am notoriously bad at. So the only "complaint" would be that they helpfully remind me to do my job.

  • Nothing, everything is always great, timely and professional.

Overall Experience: As a business owner I found that it's hard enough to find time to run day to day operations let alone create and maintain my outreach and marketing to potential and current clientele. Even if I had time to do that I wouldn't be that great at it. When I began conversations with Abra Marketing's Kurt Hoffman he immediately took the time to get to know my business needs inside and out and came up with creative and effective ways to get my message out there and keep it out there. Abra Marketing is in regular contact with me providing me with new, creative, and diverse ways to make things better. Honestly I'm just relieved they came in and took over that end of things so I can focus on what I do best. I know I'm in good hands and that makes me sleep better.
