Pros:

  • The Gulo team was very easy to work with and always responsive. Unlike a lot of agencies that I've had experience with, they work very quickly and effectively.

  • The Gulo team is extremely thoughtful in their approach to managing our website. They actively listen to concerns, thoughts and ideas that the brand team shares, and put it into action with relevant solutions to reach our goals. I cannot say enough about how proactive they are in optimizing and enhancing our website. They don't wait for you to ask, they present solutions and seek new ways to help our brand grow.

Cons:

  • We wish they were closer to our location for more face time. Despite the distance they make the effort to come visit because they are great.

  • I really do not have any negative feedback. Sometimes, design changes and modifications could have been a bit more formal to gain approval more easily.
