Pros:

  • everything !! they are the best at all they do !!! i've been with them since day one and wouln't change a thing

  • We love having access to a large group of specialized digital marketing experts to focus on our online presence.

  • 1SEO is not the cheapest option I have found but it is definitely the best! They have enough staff to always be immediately responsive (I even got an e-mail response on Christmas Day). Very friendly and professional and they get results!

  • I believe that 1SEO is the most responsive internet marketing company I have worked with, they are attentive and results oriented, something that is not the norm in this industry.

Cons:

  • the parties that they throw are sometimes not good for my diet

  • I do not have anything I can say negatively about 1SEO or its employees.

  • The initial cost was a little bit of a shock but if you bite the bullet you will be happy in the long run.

  • Honestly sometimes they can contact me too much, its a lot of information to process, but I'm not really complaining. They are a company I intend to have a lasting professional relationship with.

There were no redeeming qualities about this company and I would never recommend to anyone.
Cons:
They did not listen to any of our requests for website content. We have received absolutely no new customers or positive feedback from current customers. In addition we are overwhelmed with spam emails.

Overall Experience: I've worked with 1SEO for over 5 years, and over two different companies. The entire 1SEO team is the most knowledgable and personable group of digital marketing professionals in the area. They are experts in their field and any time we have a question, our account manager is quick to follow up and follow through. If she doesn't have an answer for us, another member of the team is always readily available to step in and offer their expertise. Working with 1SEO is transparent, honest and result-driven. They are clear in explanations, always willing to educate, have excellent contacts, and offer great resources (such as the 1Conference) for clients to gain understanding of the digital world. Not once have we ever felt out-of-control or in-the-dark about the trajectory of our brand online. They also know how to throw a great party, which is an added bonus.

Overall Experience: Disappointed in your customer service. I asked for a hold on my program due to financial uncertainty and instead was told I needed to still pay bc of a 30 day min cancellation. While I had once thought to take up again with your program, given this negative service. I’ll no longer begin again with your company. Good day.

Overall Experience: We have been with 1SEO for near 4 years now. Each year has been better than the one before. We have had outstanding results. We get solid leads all of the time because of what they do. Their writing and content staff has been absolutely amazing. Marissa seems to know more about our business than I do at this point which is fantastic. She has provided spot on content month after month. The Social Media staff has been amazing as well. They have made the service as easy as possible for me with amazing results. I still keep in touch with my original rep Ben and If I need to speak to Lance he finds the time. We have had a great experience with 1SEO!!

1SEO's team from kept me informed at every step of building a new website to SEO. 1SEO's team also asked for my input before making changes. Being involved in the process even know I do not have much understanding of SEO and PPC made me feel like I had a part in the process. Sean McAllister was very helpful in helping me understand everything in terms I could understand.
