Pros:

  • Their flexibility and problem-solving skills. During the course of our engagement, our major needs changed from branding and lead generation to highly technical website help that was not in the original scope of work. They pivoted flawlessly and offered top-notch support even in an area that is not their core competency. They always worked with us to find an on-budget solution and often went above and beyond to find it. They really know our business and feel like an extension of our capabilities.

  • Brolik is a wonderful agency. Smart, creative with great customer service and attention to detail.

  • Brolik has been super easy to work with and really knows how to create marketing that matches our design aesthetic.

  • Great leadership. Great team! Great energy and passion! Smart!

Cons:

  • We still have some learning to do to figure out digital lead generation on a wide scale. It's worked in spurts, but we're still honing in on a long-term solution.

  • I have only positive things to say about Brolik. I am 100% happy with the experience. We have gotten great service and great results.

  • I have zero complaints! To date, Brolik has been the best marketing agency I've ever worked with.

  • The thing that I like least is that they are always out of coffee. I would also like for my water to be colder. Also, the conference room has bad acoustics. I’m not a fan of Matt’s shoes...they are too brown. As for Jason: I believe that he needs to grow his hair out. Bryce? His beard looks itchy. Kierston? Can’t say that I dislike anything about Kierston, but maybe her lip gloss? Too pink.

Overall Experience: Anyone who's worked with a startup knows that you can't do everything yourself. We started off doing all of our marketing and thought we were doing a pretty good job. It wasn't until we brought on Brolik that we saw what was indeed possible. They worked with our budget and made it worth every penny. Even better they're always there with ideas as soon as you're looking to up that budget. When we've had no idea how to market or target to a specific audience they've been there with a plethora of ideas. I'm looking forward to working with Brolik for years to come and would without hesitation tell you to do the same!
