3 Media Web was the best digital media solution we could've hoped for. What we like most is that their team is smaller, which means they can develop great working relationships with us and also respond to our needs efficiently. But they're also very effective at leveraging their team to support us in a range of major projects from web design to launch to ongoing digital strategies, if we needed. In case it's not obvious, they also did it well. Their ability to customize project scopes, wherever we needed to go, has been critical to our evolving brand identity and our budget. Pros:

  • I love how responsive the company is when I needed an answer to my question regarding the marketing I needed for my social media.

  • Seamless Web Development, fresh and innovative web design and layout.

  • 3 media web is the best vendor, I ever worked with. They are solution-driven, dedication, organization and passion about their job. Bonus: Highly knowledgeable on website security options.

  • Their website design process is unique in that they don't use templates; they start with a blank canvas, creating the brand identity, key visuals, then moving on to page mockups, and lastly, building the site, involving and getting approval from the client every step of the way.

Cons:

  • I don't have anything to so what I liked least about them.

  • 3 Media Web continues to show that they are extremely easy and personable to work with. I experience nothing negative with them.

  • I don't have any bad thing to say. I'm serious. They made everything easier for me.

  • If 3 Media Web can't do what you are looking for, they know someone who can!

Overall Experience: The entire team at 3 Media Web is incredibly professional, responsive and great to work with. I was a solo employee trying to rebuild our website during the pandemic, and they made the process smooth and painless. Overall Experience: We interviewed many firms to help us develop our new website, but the decision to go with Marc Avila and the team at 3 Media Web was not difficult. From our first meeting we had a very positive impression. They were smart, down to earth, clearly understood what we needed (probably better than we did), and inspired confidence that they could actually deliver it. Everyone we have interacted with through the development process is smart, responsive and has taken ownership in our project as though it is their own business which we really appreciate. They helped us transition from our old site far more seamlessly than we could have imagined, and created a new site that has exceeded our expectations (and our expectations were pretty high).
