Overall Experience: Over a decade ago, I was introduced to Marina over a training call while in graduate school. At the time, I had just concluded studies in search engine optimization and mobile marketing and commerce. During the training, I was overawe with the custom websites designs and how the needs of the customer were the nucleus to the development process. Websites were custom, not off the shelf, and budget friendly. There were no unforeseen expenditures, and the project management process insured that customers were involved and kept abreast of developments. When I decided to develop my own e-commerce site, I knew who to phone. I reached into my database, and contacted Marina. Still the pleasant erudite professional, I informed Marina about the requisite. Paul was the project manager. He did a exceedingly fine job of presiding over the development process. At times, it appeared intimidating. Nevertheless, Marina and Paul were there every step of the way. When there were questions, they had solutions and recommendations. I could not be more appeased with the final project. For website development, maintenance, and search engine optimization, there is no other company that I would endorse apart from Marina and Web Loft Designs. They do not disappoint and I have a custom website that epitomizes the brand.

I should have contacted Web Loft Designs first. I initially started my business venture with two different web site developers I found thru google and all these companies did was rip me off. I was loosing hope and money. Web Loft Designs has taken my vision and website and made it reality. My hope has been restored.

Cons:

They send invoices via Quick Books links (which is easy and fine), but the itemized invoice is not easy to locate - would be great to also receive that in addition to the QB link. Not a deal killer however.

Overall Experience: Web Loft was exactly what we needed after dealing with issue after issue in trying to get our website up and running. Our real estate map + listing list was complicated and constantly causing hang-ups. But from the first meeting with Web Loft, we were impressed with Marina's knowledgable expertise. Overall Experience: Web Loft Design is a very well organized, process-heavy Web development company. If you have worked with many you will know how refreshing this is. WLD uses some great tools to help with the communication pieces on the site map and content as well as site design. All communication is logged via project management software, so nothing falls between the cracks. Have I hammered home the organization point yet? Web development is full of surprises, moving finish lines and scope creeps that often become complicated and there's a dance to have it remain fair to all parties. WLD does a good job of setting expectations and clarifying in advance of something that may trigger one of the above. It's not always easy seeing a website through to fruition, but WLD helps make it as painless as possible. I would, and have, recommend Web Loft Design to anyone looking for a website - probably best that you like Wordpress, though.
