Pros:

  • The communication and strategic guidance of the team was very helpful in taking our idea to market.

  • We are currently using L7 Creative and couldn't be happier! The entire team is knowledgeable, informative, timely, and always professional! We recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

  • The L7 team has been excellent to work with. They have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and how to drive through web-based applications

  • Dealing with Tom and his team - quick, responsive always seems to be one step ahead in getting things done.

Cons:

  • I would have liked to have spent more time with the team, however, because I was spread thin I had to leave most things up to them.

  • The only thing I realized from this process is that I should have made this decision to switch to his team sooner.

  • I have no issues with how our project was managed.

  • Honestly speaking, I can't think of anything I don't like or have been dissatisfied with when it comes to L7 Creative. When you need them, they are there. When you need advice, they have the experience to guide you in the right direction. If you need someone to come up with "Creative" ideas for branding, marketing, etc. they are experts at that.

They're problem solvers and always put brand first. We originally came to L7 in need of company identity and position. The team at L7 asked the right questions, guided us through a workshop, and we left their offices with a BRAND. We continue to use L7's services for design, SEO, content, etc and they continue to produce great work.

Well, there is not much to say here, if we had to pin down 1 thing would be weekly time management reports to ensure we are within budget each month-- (This has definitely gotten better)

Overall Experience: I came into this project with a lot of anxiety but Derrick G. and his team made the process so completely smooth and painless that I should have done this years ago. They did all the heavy lifting and hand holding and in a few short weeks our site was live. The end result was a well thought out, attractive website that tells our story perfectly.
