Pros:

  • They have excellent communication and work ethics, something you’d expect from your marketing company. We know we can count on them for an honest advice. A very trustworthy and honest bunch of folks.

  • The team’s attention to detail and bespoke approach got us fantastic results. These guys really know their stuff!

  • The results came in faster than we had thought and remained consistent. And that’s exactly what we were going after.

  • They were very reliable and got what I needed done, and did an amazing job doing so!

Cons:

  • We initially used them for SEO and after seeing amazing results, we wanted to use LGO for social and content as well but unfortunately, our marketing budget didn’t allow that. Not their fault, of course.

  • They delivered exactly what they had promised so there’s pretty much nothing to complain about.

  • Everything was great, and exactly as promised. I had no problems when dealing with LGO, it was an overall perfect experience!

  • Nothing really comes to mind off the top of my head. They were a pleasure to work with!

Pros:
I was impressed with the results and their customer service. They did a fantastic job explaining why it was important to do certain things and why it took a while to see the impact of their work.
Cons:
We never had an issue with them. We, unfortunately, couldn’t implement all of their suggestions because of internal limitations, so maybe they could offer alternative solutions.

Pros:
Over the course of the past 3 years, I’ve found these guys to be extremely competent, efficient, and helpful. Especially Carla has always been there to answer any questions we had and implement any changes we requested.
Cons:
The only thing that was a bit inconvenient at first was that they don’t have an office in Victoria. Nonetheless, communication has been solid and we never faced any communication gap or delays.

Overall Experience: The team at LGO is exceptionally knowledgeable and is great to work with. They helped us in heading our marketing efforts in the right direction and made sure that we got the most out of our limited marketing budget. We really appreciate their transparency and genuine regard for our business. Their rates were a bit out of our range but that’s probably because we’re a startup and had a very limited budget. They did offer to provide us with great service for the money though, so we can’t really complain. They understand the digital landscape and as an SEO company they definitely know their stuff and we have truly found our Internet marketing agency.

Overall Experience: LGO was incredible to work with. I literally looked over 100s of services, before picking LGO and I am glad I picked them. Communication was excellent, and any concerns I had were resolved in a very professional manner, to my satisfaction. They are incredibly knowledgable in setting this up and educating the user on optimizing different web tools to get the most from the website. The delivery was beyond and above my expectations.
