Overall Experience: Sam Markle and the entire team at Orchard were a joy to collaborate with. Website design, SEO, social media and such are a huge part of my marketing plan but definitely not my strength. Orchard took over from day 1 and made me feel at at ease knowing there were professionals on this 24/7. We were sent monthly, quarterly and annual reports and we had monthly video conferences so these reports could be explained to us in terms we could understand and positive and negative trends identified. Lastly, the people at Orchard understand customer service and our business model and were always available to us when we needed them. Highly recommended
