In a word, excellent! Thinkbound listened, researched and asked the right questions about what we wanted to achieve in the redesign of our website. The proof was in the 3 concepts presented. All three were terrific, but one stood out for us above all others and we knew we had a winning concept. The messaging and tag lines were going to tell the story...simply and on point. The finished product recently launched with positive feedback on the overall look, opening video, imagery throughout, ease of navigation along with a great visualizer tool. We had one contact at Thinkbound, which made it seamless and provided clear and effective communication. Our contact, Alex Plagiannakos, Director of Marketing & Technology at Thinkbound is very knowledgeable and adept at his craft, steering us to a finished product we are ALL very proud of.
