While interacting with vendors throughout my professional life, I have never encountered a firm that provided better customer service. This company consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to requests and a willingness to do whatever was necessary to meet our needs and deadlines, and to make our products the best they could be. Quite literally, layout or wording changes discussed over the phone or via email would be incorporated into new proofs (drafts) within minutes or hours of the discussions, not days. Additionally, the agency's principal provided exceptional attention to detail, such as often confirming the proper use of certain terms in the written wording of publications even though copy editing was not part of his responsibilities. This level of precision provided tremendous added value and gave me extra confidence in carrying out my editing duties. April 24, 2019

Pros:

  • My work with Jeffrey Heinke Design spanned more than six years. This firm provided layout and graphic design services to help produce company publications I managed at two large corporations. I greatly appreciated the company's responsiveness to requests, and the willingness of its employees to always put our production demands above everything else (see examples in the "overall experience" section.) The time and personal attention the agency's principal and employees devoted to me made me feel as though I were the company's only client even though it had many others.

  • Jeffrey Heinke's work is not only excellent but the customer service and turn around time are outstanding.

  • Jeff and his staff are great. We have called on them for a website redesign, marketing collateral materials and a variety of design projects. We know we can rely on Jeff for excellent work, completed efficiently and priced reasonably. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Cons:

  • I have no complaints at all. My only regret is that my employer was recently acquired by another large company. The resulting acquisition has changed my responsibilities, so I currently have no opportunities to work with this firm.

  • Nothing. I've never felt that JHD's performance lacked anything.

  • I like everything about working with Jeffrey Heinke.

  • I can honestly say there is nothing about Jeff and his staff that we don't like. Their work is prepared on time and I rarely have to make corrections. He and his team are a pleasure to work with.

Overall Experience: Simply one of the very best at what he does, which is much more than design. Jeff is a creative spark plug for any project, always a font of inventive ideas as well as the tools and ability to execute those ideas. Bottom line: No one ever regrets bringing Jeff and his outstanding team into a project. They deliver great results every time, no exceptions.
