Pros:
Our main focus was on delivering a working iOS application and intent delivered supremely well. As I mentioned earlier, they also put a lot of effort and know-how into the holistic outcome of the project that included consulting on scaling the app, Product-Market fit and Go-to-Market strategy.
Cons:
I don’t think there is. We’ve got way more than we came for. Probably their willingness to succeed together with us. Their dedication to make good, useful and successful products is as if they had a stake in it is impressive. This shows whether a company is a partner or simply a vendor or a contractor. Intent, in this regard, is a true partner that co-owns ups and downs of the project along with us.

Pros:
The app is fine. The success or failure of the app is not based upon their work, it's based upon my effort. I don’t hold them accountable for my sales, only that the app is able to functionally process the traffic that I deliver to the app. Apps don’t market themselves. I have more than a million visitors to my site every month. That’s how I get traffic to my app. You can have the greatest app in the world, but if no one knows it exists, it's useless.

Nobody's perfect, but it's so important to be able to trust people. I have nothing but good things to say about Simpalm.

Pros:
Their performance is wonderful. The delay in the timeline was my fault on our end. I had to record all the sound bites we needed for the app and send it them. They were great. They showed me how to use Dropbox to transfer the files. It was the slickest thing. They were so good, so handy, and so easy to work with, because they knew what they needed and they found a way to get it from me in the easiest process possible. That was a great thing.

They were very professional, created the clickable design first and then developed the whole application. Apps are live on our internal servers and we are still using them for support.
