Pros:

  • Our team had several starts and stops to the website project due to competing priorities and being a very small team. True Market picked things up whenever we were ready. They explained things clearly to us as well.

  • True Market worked incredibly hard to create a website for us that was beautiful and easy for our clientele to use. It clearly represents who we are and what we offer. Working with the TM team was easy and they truly cared about creating something for us that was special. True Market also designs our print material and does a beautiful job creating clear content for our summer camps and capital projects. It's so easy working with them.

  • True Market is amazing! I recently hired them for a rebrand & new website for my salon and they did an incredible job. They took the time to really listen to my vision and made sure I was part of the big decisions. They did a great job at explaining the process to me and making sure I knew what was happening. My SEO is up and performing really well and I get complements on my new site regularly!

  • They knew the services they offered very well so their confidence in how to solve my problem was well laid out. They told me options and where I would fit the best. The rebuild of my website was so thoughtful and the insight they put into it was on brand for me. They gave me the right tools and thought towards building my website which was empowering and exactly what I wanted.

Cons:

  • There were times when our writing style (capitalization of headers) weren't followed.

  • There isn't much to improve on. Our experience was a good one and we will continue to use True Market.

  • Really didn't have any complaints throughout the whole process!

  • There were just a couple times I had questions in the duration of our project that I had to follow up on, but I didn't have to wait long after I followed up for an answer. There was also one part before launch that needed to happen which was not planned. I'm glad I had the resources to complete that task so that we could move forward with launch. So maybe the confidence was there which was good but maybe could have cautioned there is a slight chance that we have to be ready for that extra step which could delay launch.

Overall Experience: From the initial inquiry to completing the project everything was handled on time, all my questions answered promptly and thoughtfully. I appreciated how much care was put into solving my problems. True Market really listened and didn't try to upsell or change/distract me from my goals through all the bells and whistles.
