Pros:

  • The monthly reports outlining results from marketing goals are extremely helpful and allow us to see what is working and where adjustments need to be made. If adjustments are needed they come to meetings prepared recommendations. Staff is extremely responsive and easy to work with.

  • Since there are a multitude of digital marketing companies, it's difficult to discern which one will actually follow through and complete the projects that will help bring you to the top of the heap on the web. What I like best is the time they take to strategize with the key people in your organization, follow through with the plan, and report the successes. Ben and staff are very responsive regardless of how small or how big the question or request.

Cons:

  • Most of the time we have writers who are spot on in writing about healthcare, but occasionally we have a writer who is not as tuned in as we would like.

  • As this point in working with them I can't say I have a least.
