What I love about their work is how responsive they they are. As soon as I send an email, someone responds back immediately and does everything he/she can to take care of what I asked. Pros:

  • We noticed many little things we were missing in our business plan. Their strategy team enabled us to cover those missing puzzles and then moving to the creative process which we never done it before.

  • We have worked with many different marketing agencies and design firms before, none of them asked too many questions about our market, customers, and competitions in general before starting the job. The result was intense market research that showed us some critical points that we were missing by mistake. TRIXMEDIA creative team not only provides a wonderful image for our brand but also helped us correcting small issues in our brand strategy that has a significant roll in our growth.

  • Extremely professional and very knowledgeable staff

  • They’ve been highly professional and are one of the best companies I’ve worked with.I appreciate their willingness to provide support after a project has been completed and delivered.I've had an excellent experience with Trixmedia and would recommend them to anyone.

Cons:

  • The president and the owner of the company oversees all the projects and gave us full counstlation . I was very pleased with the results.

  • Their team was fully booked and we had to wait about 2 weeks to start our job

  • Nothing. Literally we don't have anything negative about them to say.

Overall Experience: When it comes to web design, I think it could be too expensive to even spend 1000 Bucks for useless design without the right vision and strategy for marketing. I'm a new business owner, and six months ago start looking for a proper team to order my web design to them. After having a meeting with five different companies, I've met Hirbod and his team from Trixmedia. In the beginning, their price seems to be expensive, but they gave me the feeling that they know what they are doing. They came up with a pretty analyzed proposal with the timeline. They even polished my minor mistakes in terms of strategy and helped me to make proper content for the website. They are not expensive, after all. When you spend money wisely, you get it back sooner than you think.

We noticed many little things we were missing in our business plan.
