They were extremely patient with me, and provided me with step-by-step instructions so that I could make my own updates to my site... they empowered me to truly own my site! Since my site has gone live, they have checked in with me, helping me optimize pages that could be performing better and helping me improve my overall SEO.   • Working with Magnet has always been both an exciting and educational experience, where vision, strategy and creativity always take priority.

  • Very professional team, they took the time to understand my requirements and came up with various options for me to choose from. My lack of web experience at the time was put at ease because they talked in non-tech language when describing features and helping me to make decisions on my site.

  • Magnet Co is a pleasure to work with - providing guidance and recommendations of many of our client projects. They provide easy solutions to problems and bring a great deal of experience to the table.

Cons:

  • The only thing I liked least was not having more opportunities to work with them.

  • We were always sad that the projects we worked on with Magnet didn't last longer. We still hope to collaborate on a larger project in the future.

  • There're really nothing that we 'like least' about them, but the site won't let me post this without stating something that's at least 50 characters . . .

  • No real negative experience with this team, they delivered on-time and within the set budget.

Pros:
Working with Magnet was such a pleasure. I had no idea where to even start with creating a website for my business. They not only created a beautiful, affordable website in a short time frame, but they walked me through the process, offering me invaluable insight into my own industry! The whole process made me feel more confident about my business in general, and I'm so proud to send people to my website!
Cons:
I have nothing negative to say about Gavin, Sarah and the Magnet team! They were prompt communicators, kept my project moving and delivered a beautiful site. They still answer questions I have and go above and beyond to help me anytime I need it.

Overall Experience: Magnet helped develop various versions of my e-commerce site on Wordpress/Woocommerce over the span of a few years. Each time I came back with new requirements they took the time to understand where my business was at and offer me suitable solutions. What I liked about Magnet was their understanding of my business requirements, rather than just coming from a technical point of view. A great company and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a first or updated website for their business.
