"Easy to use and great software!"
Pros: Managing social media accounts is simplified with this. Analytics are robust and there are a ton of features and tool to help you engage and track.
Cons: Customer support was a little slow but overall they were helpful. Some of the interface could be updated in terms of design.

"Easy and useful Social Media Tool"
Overall: We can easily manage the inbox for all our social media profiles and plan our Posts. And it makes it a lot easier to have collegues help you out when you're on vacation or sick.
Pros: You immediately understand how to use it and usually don't Need any advice or Support.
Cons: Sometimes I have to use IE, which can lead to Problems.

" Easy to be productive with this program"
Pros: It is very convenient to keep all my accounts in one place. It's easy to be productive when you can check messages and plan out content all in the same place. The monitoring and analytics are insightful and useful tools to have available.
Cons: No complaints here so far, it's very versatile and easy to use. It does everything that I need it to do.

"Great User Experience"
Pros: I love how the app organizes and prioritizes your top emails into categories. I like things to be clean and orderly and SocialHub does just that.
Cons: If I have to say a con it'd be that this software isn't a "necessity." It is nice to have, but you can live without it.
