Review of StreetSmart

“A few issues ”

OverallI was using this to track employees, who had company phones, and were in company trucks. It is not as accurate as it needs to be. I drove to a location to see what a truck was doing there, as there were no calls in the area, it was a vacant lot, next to a church and there was no one on the vicinity. I have had this issues several times, a to E or two the phone was completely wrong as the person was in the building and the messages showed them several streets over. I was told it was the phone/telephone service in our rural area.
ProsThe software is easy to use and the help staff is great. However, if your phone service, or perhaps if the phone is older, the data will not be correct.
ConsAt times, I have had issues finding the information I need, especially for previous days.

Review of StreetSmart

“Street Smart providing verification of visits and trip/mileage tracking”

OverallStreetSmart has provided us with the support to verify our visits to clients in the field and helped resolve errors and discrepancies in both visits and in mileage and travel time reporting.
ProsRelatively easy to use. Most of our employees were able to utilize the application with less than 15 minutes of demonstration time.
ConsWhen employees are in areas of no cell or wifi coverage for longer periods of time, they get disconnected from the server and reconnecting has had some glitches at times.

Review of StreetSmart

“A big almost for us.”

OverallMy goal was to get closed service calls back to the office for biliing quickly. The software does many good things but just falls short in a few key areas that would make it usable.
ProsAbility to see where my techs are and what job they are on
ConsMissing some key features for us: Cant add custom fields to the location records Cant paste a jpeg into call detail As jobs are updated to the techs, it does not tell which job got updated. Closed service call PDF's dont contain the location name. Have to open them to see what customer it was Just to mention a few
