Review of CustomerWise

“It's a bit complicated ”

ProsThere are a ton of features that come with this product. Our company has been using it to track help desk incidents for years and recently updated to the most recent version. The newest version is a bit easier to use than the one we had before and we are able to monitor a ton of information.
ConsThe new version is a bit slower than the previous one. Also, I find that trying to locate a specific incident ID is a bit cumbersome. If you don't have all the right filters selected you may not find it, so you have to adjust the filters (open, closed, etc.) until the search finds your item.

Review of DevSuite

“Product seemed to be able to do what it advertized”

ProsVery configurable forms and reports, web based system, training and support was knowledgeable and helpful. Ability to easily do traceability to identify missing flowdown.
ConsA couple features were not as intuitive to perform as I would expect but it was minor. While the training was good, there always seemed to be delays and issues with the timing of the trainers (didn't start on time or there was mix-ups in the time, etc.

Review of DevTrack

“This is a fairly complicated software ”

ProsThere are a lot of features available and a ton of customization options to create the workflow our company needed.
ConsThe software just seems to be a bit more complicated than necessary. The custom reporting is cumbersome and I have a fair amount of difficulty getting the information I want on my reports.
