Review of FixMe.IT

“Allows us to easily access clients computer”

ProsThere are times we have to access a clients computer to make adjustments to their accounting software. This is much easier than trying to walk them through it on the phone. Makes life so much easier.
ConsIt would be nice if there was a Mac version of this software. I would give it 10/10 then.

Review of FixMe.IT

“Simple, great IT support platform”

ProsThis is a very simple IT support program that allows IT admins to access remote PCs. Love the simplicity on admin and user side.
ConsHaven't found any cons yet. Only minor gripe is the shorter access codes. Doesn't seem quite as secure.

Review of FixMe.IT

“Very good software for remote connection ”

OverallWith this software solving a problem on a customer or colleagues pc is made very easy and faster
ProsIt is a very good software for working with or troubleshooting remote computer the multi-session support allows you to work on multiple computers at once hence help you multitask and achieve your aim faster. It also supports file transfer which also makes working remotely way easier. It also allows you to record sessions which makes process review way less stressful it also means teaching someone else how to do what you did could be done by sharing the video.
ConsThe software works very well so nothing comes to mind in terms of disadvantages
