You actually shouldn't have an IT team, at least according to the experts. In 2008, Nasstar CEO Charles Black predicted in ComputerWeekly that no one would have an IT department after 2013. Gartner jumped on this idea as well, predicting in 2005 that one in 10 IT departments would be "dead by 2011."
