Cvent has a ton of features that can streamline your attendees' registration journey. You can customize so many different aspects and ensure each registrant has the right questions to answer (path).

Pros

Very robust - all features in one place. Easy to use for registration website building with drag and drop ability.

Cons

Language management - wish there was a web designer for different languages as opposed to using language management.

I am impressed with the platform, its innovative features, and the way AI is transforming event management. Cvent helps streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create a better experience for both organizers and attendees including all the event registration process.

Pros

customer support has been outstanding, and the platform has made my daily work much easier. I also appreciate how many event management tasks can be automated, saving time while improving the attendee experience.

Cons

The platform has a learning curve, especially for new users, and some advanced features take time to fully understand. However, the training resources and support team help make the process much easier.

My overall experience has been very positive. It is user friendly - as I have been able to teach myself the basics. As with every event, I learn something new every time I build a new event.

Pros

The customer support for Cvent Event Management is like no other. It is one phone call away, anytime. They are always able to understand my problem, answer my questions, figure out a solution and work with me to make sure the site works correctly. The professionalism, patience and confidence they give me makes me believe that I will never have an issue that Cvent can't resolve!

Cons

There are so many functions with Cvent that I feel I don't have the time to take full advantage of all they have to offer.

My overall experience with Cvent Event Management is fantastic. I always have great experiences as the employees make it a great time.

Pros

The thing I liked most about Cvent Event Managaement is their great customer service - they are always helpful.

Cons

There is not one thing I like least about Cvent Event Management - it all is great. I love my experience every single time I come.

Overall it has been good. We just need to remember to check all areas of the site before you launch.

Pros

That all the attendee data is in one spot. It's easy to find all your attendee data and information in one spot

Cons

There seems to be a lot of screens you need to move through to set everything up each time. Even with templates, you still have to go into a lot of different screens to update.

It makes the enter process of creating a site, collecting your registrations, and executing the actual event much more seamless.

Pros

It's turn key. It makes the process very seamless once you are well versed in the platform. I am still a novice to what Cvent can do to ease the process. Grateful for the opportunity to attend Cvent Connect and learn so much more.

Cons

No Cons yet, but I will say the widgets for every action is daunting. I sat in the training for building a better website yesterday, and was able to visualize the new enhancements and how they will improve the over all experience.

Pros

I like that i can control my event logistics and reporting all in one place. As the senior event planner, i'm the one who is creating the websites and reporting for everyone to use. One stop shop!

Cons

I think the reporting area could use some work. I feel like there are a lot of templates that no one uses, maybe start combining them and make it more clear.

Overall, I am very excited to be implementing Cvent Event Management across a wide variety of program types. I believe it will help take our programs to the next level, not only from an internal coordination point of view but also from a customer experience.

Pros

Cvent Event Management is fairly new to my organization, but we're already excited about using it to be able to customize the event experience for our attendees. Being able add our branding seamlessly into the process is also incredibly important to us.

Cons

The largest con so far with Cvent Event Management is the learning curve. It does take some time to get set up and feel comfortable using it.

Overall, I find the Cvent Event Management experience pretty seamless and am currently trying to get all of my clients into Cvent for all aspects of their event to make their experience easier, and selfishly mine :)

Pros

I love how everything is all connected all the way from the speaker experience to the attendee registration so that way when you get to building the website and mobile app everything is done for you! So easy to use and once those items are built out in the backend you have more time to customize your websites and mobile apps for a great user experience.

Cons

The only con I would say is that with all of Cvent's awesome changes, there can sometimes be bugs that have us run into issues when publishing our sites when too many things are operating.
