Pros

  • We choose Bitrix for our compnay's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features which are useful for us. I love how we can manage leads from different sources on same platform.

  • The sales processes were automated, and I have greater control over my company and my employees and thus extract better performance from my team.

  • Bitrix24 is an outstanding CRM meant for social collaboration and for managing interactions with clients and team members.

  • The best part about the software is how easy it is to implement and there are user guides/video tutorials for almost everything that is available on the platform.

Cons

  • It is awful and the service is worse than the software. It was nothing like what was presented to me.

  • It is disjointed and primitive, and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

  • If i could provide a lower score, I would. The company falsely advertises integrations with Quickbooks Online, it does not work.

  • The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

"Great task management platform. Great freemium version! "
Overall: Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Pros: For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Cons: There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: Because I needed a better task management tool.

"Simple and intuitive CRM without many complications"
Overall: Bitrix24 allows us to monitor agency projects from start to finish, as well as sales processes and metrics. So we don't need a plethora of specialized platforms or pieces of software for each task; instead, we may use a unified system. It's also really convenient to keep all of your files in one place on Google Drive.
Pros: It's a user-friendly CRM with straightforward features. There are a lot of predefined options in the projects section that may help any company with limited expertise manage day-to-day operations beginning at any point in the sales funnel.
Cons: For our purposes, the projects section has a great deal of information, therefore we'd like it if there were a way to export, say, a task's individual subtasks in order to compile a report. When you have to hand over all the gory details of a project to a client, your efficiency takes a nosedive.
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: The simplicity with which we can tailor our pipeline to our specific needs, navigating between items and gaining a firmer grasp on the sales process.

"Not very user friendly"
Overall: Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.
Pros: I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system
Cons: It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.
Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Choosing Bitrix24: It was mostly cost for most of the customers that have decided to use it.

"Digital business enterprise."
Overall: Exciting and mostly informative with all features
Pros: Bitrix24 often allows users to customize project workflows and set granular permissions. This flexibility enables organizations to tailor the platform to their specific project management needs and control access to sensitive information.
Cons: too many templets that has been used by other users of the platform

"An all-inclusive project management software"
Overall: It has helped us with task management, Gantt chart creation, task delegation, document integration, and software that can work with our other company applications.
Pros: As a company wide platform, Bitrix24 has been implemented. For us, this project management software has been the most comprehensive and powerful one we've ever used. Bitrix also provides simple integrations that can be implemented immediately.
Cons: The product's UI leaves much to be desired. While the learning curve is shorter than that of other software, it is still noticeable when first using the program.
Switched From: Zoho CRM
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: Bitrix24 is the most versatile and complete business management software available. The features available with both the free and premium versions are same. Thanks to its Gantt chart feature, all users are able to see the development of projects in a way that is impossible with other software.
